L4LAW recruits Labour head partner
Barcelona-based law firm L4LAW has hired Ana Morales as a partner to lead the firm´s Labour area
After fifteen years in the Labour Law department at Garrigues Barcelona office, Ana Morales (pictured) left the firm in 2016 to set up her own firm specialised in Employment law (Gelpí & Morales Abogados Laboralistas). After several years of stable collaboration with L4LAW, she now joins the Barcelona-based firm as a partner to lead the Employment Law department.
Ana has extensive experience in providing ongoing advice in all fields of Employment Law to companies from various sectors, as well defending the clients’ interests in inspection proceedings before the Labour Authority and also in Labour courts (Litigation). She has been involved in numerous Due Diligence processes, Acquisitions and Restructuring processes. Ana has also wide-ranging experience in matters concerning top management employees, non-compete clauses, stock option and similar long-term remuneration schemes.
She is a Law graduate from ESADE Business School Universidad Ramon Llull with specialisation in Labour Law and holds a Master´s degree in Business Law from the same institution. She is also a lecturer in several courses and seminars on Labour Law.
