KWM counsels Generali RE on sale in Madrid’s Justicia district

King & Wood Mallesons has counselled Generali Real Estate on the sale of an office building of more than 4,000 square metres in Madrid’s Justicia district

King & Wood Mallesons’ Real Estate Law team has advised Generali Real Estate on the sale of an office building located in Madrid’s Justicia district (Distrito Centro) to a family office. The property has 4,086 m2 distributed over six floors, a commercial space on the ground floor and two floors below ground level.

The asset sold by Generali is located in one of the city’s premium enclaves, at Calle Marqués de Valdeiglesias 3, in the vicinity of the streets of Gran Vía and Alcalá, just a few metres from Plaza de Cibeles. This is one of the most sought-after areas in recent months by national and international companies.
