KWM advises on the sale by Mapfre of three buildings to Acciona

King & Wood Mallesons real estate team has advised Mapfre on the sale to Acciona of three office buildings located in Orduña and Llodio streets, in the district of Fuencarral-El Pardo, one of the areas that is undergoing the most transformation in the capital. Acciona’s strategy after this acquisition is to reposition the assets for residential use.

The King & Wood Mallesons team advising Mapfre on this transaction was led by partner José Antonio Calleja and counsel Candela Escribano.
