KPMG advises Sepi on a €111m financing transaction

KPMG Abogados has advised Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (Sepi) on a €111m financing to Air Nostrum Group.

Air Nostrum is an airline that was founded in Valencia in 1994. It currently has more than 75,000 flights and 5.2 million passengers per year. It has an annual turnover of more than €500m and approximately 1,450 employees.

By this deal, Fondo Estatal de Apoyo a la Solvencia de las Empresas Estratégicas, through Sepi, has granted an equity loan for a total amount of €111m.
