KPMG advises GenesisCare on the sale Vithas
KPMG España has advised GenesisCare, a leading provider of cancer care services, on the sale of its business in Spain to Vithas, one of the country’s largest private hospital groups.

For Vithas, the acquisition represents a strategic step in reinforcing its position within the Spanish healthcare market and expanding its capabilities in oncology and specialised care. For GenesisCare, the transaction forms part of its ongoing strategic initiatives across international markets.
