KPMG Abogados advises Plenius AB on the acquisition of Antartyca and Agrupo
KPMG Abogados acted as exclusive legal advisor in Spain of the Swedish company Plenius AB on the acquisition of 100% of Antartyca Consulting, S.L. and Agrupo Sistemas, S.L., Spanish companies based in Madrid that provide solutions in consulting, training, resource management and medium development with maximum quality for purpose of putting into operation systems related directly or indirectly to the different sectors of electronic, electrical, mechanical and computer engineering.
Plenius AB is part of Dr. Saeid Esmaeilzadeh’s group of companies in Sweden that invests in led entrepreneur-driven companies that offer software solutions and niche IT consulting services. With the acquisition of Antartyca and Agrupo, Plenius AB continues consolidating its presence in the Spanish market after the acquisitions of Controlnet Web, S.L. and Inase Informática del Mediterráneo, S.L.
The legal team from KPMG Abogados that has advised the purchaser on the transaction was formed by Rafael Aguilar, Corporate Law and M&A partner together with Emma Tavila, senior manager, and Guillermo Obradors and Mar Fonseca, senior and junior lawyers, respectively.
