KPMG Abogados has provided legal, tax, and regulatory advice to Ona Hotels & Apartments on the acquisition of part of the business of Be Live Hotels, the hotel chain owned by Globalia Corporación Empresarial.
This strategic move has enabled the company to consolidate its position as one of the most dynamic groups in the mid-to-high-end holiday sector in Spain, while also committing to international expansion with its entry into North Africa.
