KPMG Abogados advises on the transfer of Parque Eólico Sierra de Aguas
KPMG Abogados has counseled JB Capital Markets and the fund Etraph Finance on the transfer of the stake in Parque Eólico Sierra de Aguas, an entity owning several windfarms in Spain.
The services provided included assistance with the tax structuring of the transaction and negotiations with the buyer.
