KPMG Abogados advises on the sale of UCS and Avacco
KPMG Abogados has advised on the sale of 100% stake in Avacco New Information Techonologies and Unified Cloud Services to Unikal Tech Partners.
UCS and Avacco are Managed Services companies specialized in cloud computing, systems integration projects and outsourcing in the global information technology environment.
Unikal Tech Partners is a leading information technology services company, founded in 2022 with the support of Ufenau Capital Partners and the founding partners of EinzelNet to build a European pool of distinctive IT specialists through a Buy-&-Build approach. Unikal Tech Partners is pursuing an ambitious strategy of inorganic expansion across Europe, incorporating successful entrepreneurs and leaders who share its vision. The aim is to join forces as partners, jointly developing a European leader that can provide an end-to-end specialist service to its demanding clients by attracting and retaining talented and like-minded partners and professionals.
The legal team from KPMG Abogados that has counselled the shareholders of UCS and Avacco on the transaction was formed by Rafael Aguilar, corporate law and M&A partner, together with Guillermo Obrador, corporate law and M&A senior manager.
