KPMG Abogados advises on the sale of 100% of DTA to Enerpac Tool Group
KPMG Abogados has advised the shareholders of DTA on the sale of 100% of the company to Enerpac Tool Group.
DTA is a family-owned company, founded in 1972, specialising in the transportation of heavy industrial loads. The company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of solutions for the movement of heavy loads within industrial plants in the aeronautical, automotive, steel, port, wind power, foundry, construction and railway sectors. Its vehicles move parts from one to 1,200 tonnes.
The buyer, Enerpac, is an American company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and a global supplier of industrial tools and solutions.
KPMG Abogados advised the sellers on the commercial, tax and labour aspects of the transaction. Francisco Vázquez Oteo, partner, and Belén Pina, senior associate, were involved in the corporate area.
