KPMG and Hogan Lovells on the acquisition of Zenet
KPMG Abogados has advised Cementos Molins on tax, legal, regulatory and labour due diligence in the context of the acquisition of 90% of Zenet Prefabricados to Prefabricaciones y Contratas. Hogan Lovells has advised Zenet on this operation.
Zenet is a Spanish company specialising in precast structural concrete products for the residential and industrial construction and civil engineering sectors.
The following participated in the transaction: Ignacio Font and Martí Tubau on the tax side; Luis Gómez and Ángel Peña on the legal side; Victoria Clemente and Helena Vázquez on the regulatory side; and Ramón Mouriño and Yanira Miguel on the labour side.
