KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of the Maya Shopping Centre
KPMG Abogados in the Canary Islands has advised ARADASA (family business of José Baltasar – SPAR GRAN CANARIA) in the acquisition of the Maya Shopping Centre, a building located at Calle Galicia, 31, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which was built 25 years ago, belonging to the business group of the Bharwani family, in insolvency proceedings.
The commercial and real estate advisory work for the corporate structuring and acquisition of this insolvency asset has been carried out by Guacimara Marrero and Alba Bermúdez, senior manager and associate, respectively, of the Commercial Department of KPMG Abogados in the Canary Islands, led by Enrique Núñez, Commercial Partner responsible for the Legal area of the firm in the Canary Islands.
