KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of Ruedas de Prensa
KPMG Abogados has advised Gedi Digital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ruedas de Prensa.
Ruedas de Prensa is a company specialized in the advice, implementation, marketing and distribution of media and online publications.
Gedi Digital is a company belonging to Gedi Gruppo Editoriale, an Italian digital media group specialized in the creation of high-quality content to reach the widest possible public on every type of platform, with over 5.5 million users every day and one of the most important publishing groups in Europe.
The legal team from KPMG Abogados that has counselled Gedi Digital on the transaction was formed by Rafael Aguilar, corporate law and M&A partner, Guillermo Obradors, corporate law and M&A senior manager, Francisco Fernández Díez, labour partner and Ana Gárriz, senior manager in the labour practice.
