KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of Naturchem

KPMG Abogados has advised Laboratorios Forenqui, owned by Spanish fund Sherpa Capital, on the acquisition of Valencian cosmetics company Naturchem.

Laboratorios Forenqui is a Spanish company specialising in the production and marketing of personal care and hygiene products. Naturchem is a Spanish company specialising in the creation and manufacture of natural and ecological cosmetic products, with a turnover of more than 6 million euros.

KPMG lawyers have advised on the buy-side due diligence, tax, labour and legal aspects. Luis Gómez, partner, and Adrián Castro, senior manager, participated in the legal area.
