KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of GDV

KPMG Abogados has advised Royal A-ware on the acquisition of Gloval Dairy Ventures (GDV), a distributor of cheese and speciality dairy products in southern Europe, providing comprehensive support in legal matters and tax, legal and labour due diligence.

Royal A-ware, an international family-owned company in the dairy sector, strengthens its position in the southern European market and further expands its product portfolio with the acquisition of GDV and its subsidiaries Iberconseil, Disalp and Adonis, which together serve a large number of customers, mainly in Spain, Portugal and Italy, with a broad product portfolio.
