KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of Dagram
KPMG Abogados has advised Evolutio in the acquisition of Dagram, an IT services company specialized in the integration of security, systems, and cloud solutions. It has offices in Barcelona and Mallorca and a staff of more than 60 professionals.
Evolutio Cloud Enabler is a leading company (a spin-off of the former BT Group in Spain) led by Jacinto Cavestany and owned by Portobello Capital, devoted to telecommunications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and information technology services.
Dagram is a Spanish company specialized in the integration of security, netwoking, systems and cloud solutions. It has offices in Barcelona and Mallorca, a staff of more than 60 professionals, and a portfolio of more than 600 clients in its different service areas and areas of influence.
The objective of Evolutio Empowering the cloud is to add talent, capabilities and value in the security, connectivity and cloud market.
The team of KPMG Abogados engaged in this deal has been led by Maitane de la Peña (director) and Borja Marqués Triay (senior manager), composed also by Esperanza Barragán García (associate) and Marina Molina Elez (executive).
