KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of Clínica Atenea

KPMG Abogados has advised Affidea on the acquisition of Clínica Atenea.

Affidea Group, a leading European provider of advanced diagnostics, outpatient services and Centers of Excellence, has acquired Clínica Atenea, a prestigious provider of outpatient and diagnostic services serving the Valencia region.

Clínica Atenea has four clinics in the Valencia metropolitan area, offering a wide range of services (outpatient consultations, advanced diagnostics and laboratory services). With this acquisition, Affidea will reach 43 centers in Spain, serving more than 1 million patients each year and collaborating with 1,450 healthcare professionals.

Álvaro De Silva, partner, and Esther Martín, senior manager of the tax team in Madrid, have participated in the project, carrying out a tax due diligence.
