KPMG Abogados advises on the acquisition of a majority stake in Grúas Fuentes

KPMG Abogados has advised Corpfin Capital on the financial, labour, legal and tax buy-side due diligence in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in Grúas Fuentes, a Madrid-based group specialising in roadside assistance.

Grúas Fuentes, a leader in the roadside assistance sector in Spain with more than 250,000 services per year, has more than 130 specialised vehicles to provide towing or on-site roadside assistance services for all types of vehicles.

Álvaro de Silva Urquijo, partner of the tax team in Madrid, Rafael Aguilar, partner of the legal team, Alejandro Blázquez, senior manager, Mar Fonseca, associate of the legal team; and Francisco Fernández Díez, partner of the labour team, have participated in the transaction.
