KPMG Abogados and Linklaters advise Miura Partners in the acquisition of HTBA

KPMG Abogados and Linklaters have advised Miura Partners on tax, legal, regulatory and labor due diligence in the context of the acquisition of Healthtech HTBA Holding and its subsidiaries.

The HTBA group was founded more than 40 years ago and is headquartered in Barcelona (Spain). It specializes in the production of citrus flavonoids and vitamin B12 for the pharmaceutical, food and feed industries.

From KPMG, Ignacio Font and Joaquin Roger have participated in the operation. From the legal area, Luis Gómez, Roger Vilanova and Angel Peña, from the regulatory team Carmen Mulet and Jesus Rueda, and finally, from the labor area, Juan Ignacio Olmos and Yanira Miguel.

And, from Linklaters the team was lead by M&A/PE partner Esteban Arza, with support from Alina Martiniva, Diana Martínez Cobaleda, Alvaro Albiñana Torroba and Lucía Herrero García.
