KPMG Abogados advises Investindustrial in the acquisition of a majority stake in Grupo Alacant

KPMG Abogados has provided advisory services to Investindustrial on tax, legal, regulatory and labor matters in the context of the acquisition of a majority stake in Grupo Alacant.

Grupo Alacant was founded in 1972, based in Alicante, and is one of the leading ice cream producers in Spain, mainly focused on private label and branded ice cream for large manufacturers in the ice cream industry.
