KPMG Abogados advises Atika Pharma on strategic merger and expansion
The commercial and tax teams of KPMG Abogados in the Canary Islands have advised the laboratory Atika Pharma on the merger by absorption of Bariatric Line and the integration of new strategic partners.
This move aims to create the first network of franchised agencies, introducing an innovative business expansion model in the pharmaceutical distribution sector in Spain.
The work has been directed by Enrique Núñez, partner in charge of the legal area in the Canary Islands, having intervened in the operation the lawyers of the Commercial area Álvaro López, senior manager, Marta Chirino, manager and Alba Bermúdez, associate, and Ignacio Rodríguez, of counsel of the tax area.
