KPMG Abogados and PwC Tax & Legal advise on the acquisition of Sanivida by Arquisocial
Sanivida, specialised in providing care services for individuals, has acquired Arquisocial, whose activity consists of providing social and health services. This will create a giant in the field of care services for dependent persons in Spain.
Its objective is to lead the transformation of the sector and promote the evolution of the current model of care from a professional, technological and people-centered approach. The new group will be made up of 8,000 professionals, who provide daily care to 85,000 users throughout the country, thus consolidating its presence nationwide.
Both organizations share the vision of making it easier for people to remain as long as possible in their usual environment, preserving their family and community ties and delaying institutionalization.
To this end, the new group has a comprehensive portfolio of services such as the Home Help Service, Day Care Centers and Advanced Telecare, which enable people to remain in their homes, as well as Residential Centers for when this permanence is not possible. In particular, Telecare is emerging as a strategic axis in this new stage, focusing on a service integrated with other resources -including health care- and aimed at guaranteeing continuous care centered on the user.
