KPMG Abogados advise on the acquisition of Ayesa Air Control
KPMG Abogados has advised Alten Group, world leader in consulting and engineering technology, on the strategic acquisition of the Spanish company Ayesa Air Control.
Since its creation in 2011, Ayesa Air Control has quickly positioned itself as one of the leading Spanish aeronautical manufacturing engineering suppliers to customers such as Airbus.
ALTEN Spain, with more than 3,400 employees, operates in engineering, life sciences and IT services in 9 cities and provides full coverage to their customers. This alliance is a great opportunity to reinforce the Group’s presence in Spain and Germany and complete its positioning in aeronautics, defence, and space industries.
