KPMG Abogados advise on the acquisition of 50% of the Tevasa-Forestal group

KPMG Abogados has provided advisory services to The Edrington Group on Due Diligence and tax structuring in the context of the acquisition of 50% of the Tevasa-Forestal group.

Tevasa was founded in 1984, based in Jerez de la Frontera, and its activity consists of the manufacture and sale of barrels and casks. Forestal Peninsular (founded in 1972, Lugo) and Forestal Peninsular de Cantabria (founded in 2015, Santander) are engaged in the transformation and sale of wood.

Ignacio Font (partner), Carlos Heredia (partner), Martí Tubau and Luis Noguera have participated in the operation.
