KKR Asia instructs King & Wood Mallesons on GenesisCare deal

King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) advised investment firm KKR Asia on the acquisition of a 33 per cent stake in the Spanish subsidiaries of healthcare provider GenesisCare.

The stake was acquired from Macquarie, Asia Pacific Healthcare Investments, and The Trust Company (Australia).

The value of the deal was undisclosed.

The KWM team was led by Germán Cabrera (pictured) and included associate Fátima García de la Torre.
