King & Wood Mallesons advises Finerge on the acquisition of six Spanish solar farms

KWM advised Portuguese energy company Finerge in the purchase of six photovoltaic solar plants from Portuguese group Martifer for a total amount of €23.5m

The assets have a total capacity of 8.1 MWp and are located in Huelva, Sevilla and Salamanca. With this acquisition, Finerge has a total installed capacity of 1,049 MW in renewable energy (solar and wind) in Iberia.

The team from KWM was led by Roberto Pomares (pictured) and Victoria Ruenes, both from the M&A department.
