KGSA advises DeHouse startup on new coworking space
The Portuguese law firm KGSA advised DeHouse, a startup focused on the operation and management of coworking spaces, in the creation of a new coworking space in partnership with Sonae Sierra. With this new venture, DeHouse “surpasses 1,000 users, maintaining a consistent occupancy rate of around 100%. The user community includes brands such as Volkswagen Digital Solutions, PWC, and Web Summit,” according to the firm’s statement.

Gonçalo Simões de Almeida, a partner at KGSA, emphasized the importance of this operation for the firm. “Communities are one of the most valuable assets for any business. It has been both challenging and rewarding to support projects that successfully interpret this reality, as is the case with DeHouse,” he said. For Tiago Carvalho Araújo, the founder of the startup, this partnership represents a “unique opportunity” to combine an “excellent” commercial space with a “truly inspiring” work experience.
