As part of its strategic focus on the real estate and urban planning practice area, kgsa has strengthened its team with the addition of Maria Luísa Bruges as an associate lawyer. With solid experience acquired at a leading international law firm, Maria Luísa brings specialized skills in complex real estate transactions, tourism development projects, and regulatory matters, including in the healthcare sector. She holds a Law degree from the University of Lisbon, a postgraduate degree in Planning, Urbanism, and Environmental Law from the University of Coimbra, and is currently pursuing a master’s in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Real Estate Law at the Portuguese Catholic University, with a focus on the governance of real estate investment vehicles.
