Kepler-Karst strengthens Civil and Economic Criminal areas

Kepler-Karst has strengthened its Civil and Economic Criminal area with the incorporation of lawyers Antonio Montesdeoca and Víctor Manuel Miranda as Counsel

Kepler-Karst, a firm specialising in Business Law, has announced the hiring of lawyers Antonio Montesdeoca and Víctor Manuel Miranda as Counsel, both with more than twenty-five years of experience.

Antonio Montesdeoca (pitured left) joins the firm to strengthen the area of Administrative and Civil Law, while Víctor Manuel Miranda will bring his high level of expertise to the area of Economic Criminal Law. With their hirings, the Kepler-Karst team now counts on more than 20 professionals.

Víctor Manuel Miranda (pictured right) has extensive experience in the defence of criminal matters, and specialises in proceedings involving crimes against property and socio-economic order, while Montesdeoca’s speciality revolves around legal-private matters, with special emphasis on proceedings relating to contractual relations and rights in rem.

Kepler-Karst, a firm renowned for its ability to handle highly complex and public matters and with a presence in Las Palmas, Madrid and London, thus reinforces not only two key areas for the firm, but also the comprehensive advice it offers to companies and its position in the market of highly specialised boutique firms on the islands.
