Kepler-Karst has incorporated Magistrate on leave of absence Juan Manuel de Castro as Of Counsel to its Restructuring and Insolvency team.

Juan Manuel de Castro

Juan Manuel has more than 30 years of professional experience, distributed among national and international law firms, for more than 20 years, such as Baker McKenzie, Clifford Chance, Vialegis Abogados, Altalex, RCD or Gómez Acebo & Pombo. For the other 10 years, he has worked as a Magistrate specializing in commercial matters. He specializes in restructuring and bankruptcy, corporate law, industrial and intellectual property, advertising, unfair competition, maritime law and procedural law.

He holds a law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the Escuela Libre de Economía y Derecho de Madrid. He is also author and co-author of monographs, book chapters and legal articles and speaker at conferences and undergraduate and postgraduate courses in insolvency and commercial law.
