Kennedys expands in Madrid with a team of 13 people from Clyde & Co
The global law firm Kennedys has expanded its team in Madrid with the incorporation of a team of 13 lawyers from Clyde & Co, including partners Ignacio Figuerol, Ricardo Garrido and Susana Martínez.
Ignacio Figuerol
Ignacio has extensive experience in advising on domestic and international insurance litigation and arbitration and non-contentious insurance in the areas of D&O, financial institutions and professional indemnity. He has handled important cases related to public securities offerings, directors and officers, financial institutions, auditors, insurance brokers, accountants and lawyers. He has also recently advised insurers in connection with class actions in the U.S. against Spanish companies.
Ricardo Garrido
Ricardo acts for major national and international insurance companies in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He has participated in several high-profile cases defending insurers and their policyholders and has extensive experience in court.
Susana Martinez
Susana has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a special focus on financial lines. Her practice focuses on counseling, coverage litigation and defense in complex matters in multiple jurisdictions.
