Kennedys advises Hospital Monsanto

Kennedys´ Lisbon office is advising Monsanto Hospital on its corporate restructuring

“The ongoing operation, aimed at providing the group with a structure that allows it to go public and launch new joint venture hospitals, aims to expand the range of services currently provided by this private healthcare unit, considered a benchmark in the area of mental health in Portugal,” notes the firm in a statement.

The team responsible for the design and operation of the project, which is expected to be completed by the end of this year, is led by partner Nuno Maldonado Sousa (pictured).
