Juan Francisco Gutiérrez Garrido joins MBE Legal

MBE Legal, a law firm specializing in insurance law, has announced the addition of Juan Francisco Gutiérrez Garrido (pictured left) to its leadership team as Principal Associate Director.

Bringing over two decades of experience in the insurance sector, Gutiérrez Garrido joins MBE Legal from Ceca Magán Abogados, where he served as the Director of the Insurance and Reinsurance department from September 2022 until February of this year. Throughout his career, he has handled cases involving property, professional, or criminal liability in workplace accidents, as well as matters related to industrial activity, construction, and various coverages in life, accident, and death insurances. He has also been involved in corporate advisory, contracting, and commercial or tax disputes. Gutiérrez Garrido’s expertise will strengthen MBE Legal’s existing practice areas, including construction, energy, engineering, as well as professional and employer liability claims arising from workplace accidents, among others.
