JPAB strengthens Private Equity and Asset Management areas
José Pedro Aguiar-Branco Advogados has hired consultant Christine Martins-Pinto, who will also perform functions in the firm’s French desk
JPAB has announced the new hiring of Christine Martins-Pinto, as a consultant. With significant experience in the areas of Private Equity and Asset Management, throughout Martins-Pinto’s professional career, the following roles stand out: general secretary of Access Capital Partners, director of Legal and Tax affairs at France Invest and former Legal director of Ardian.
The new JPAB consultant holds a degree in Law from the University of the Sorbonne, where she also completed a master’s degree in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Banking and Finance Law.
A spokesperson from the firm said that the integration of Christine Martins-Pinto reinforces JPAB’s connection to the French market, and will allow it to consolidate its position as a leading player in advising and monitoring French investors, investment funds, institutions, companies and family offices, which wish to invest and establish themselves in Portugal.
