Jones Day recruits real estate team from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo

Jones Day’s Madrid office has recruited a three-lawyer real estate team – including partner Luis Jiménez-Díaz Egoscozabal – from Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Jiménez-Díaz’s practice focuses on town planning, construction, administrative and tax law.

He will be joined at Jones Day by associates Ángel Magdaleno Vazquez and Cristina de Andres Blanco.

Jiménez-Díaz represents clients in urban planning development and reorganization; construction contracts; preparation, drafting, and processing of planning instruments; requalification of lands and properties; refurbishment; and building enlargement processes.
