Joaquín Alegre and Javier Pascual, Ramón y Cajal’s new partners

Joaquín Alegre and Javier Pascual have joined Ramón y Cajal‘s banking and finance practice, led by Pablo Rodríguez Abelenda, in Madrid.

Joaquín Alegre, who joins from Crowe, has experience advising on financing transactions, both domestic and international, covering structured finance as well as alternative financing solutions. Javier Pascual joins from Act Legal, and specialises in alternative project finance, including tokenisation, crypto-asset services, decentralised finance (DeFi) and fintech.
