João Rebelo Maltez joins Paxlegal’s team

João Rebelo Maltez has joined Paxlegal‘s Immigration & Nationality department, led by founding partner Bárbara Pestana. The lawyer is transitioning from Almeida & Associados.

“Over the past few years, João has specialized in providing legal assistance to Individual Clients, with a particular focus on Immigration Law, Nationality, Real Estate, and Administrative Litigation,” says Bárbara Pestana. “At a time when there is a significant increase in work in these specific areas, due to his vast experience and deep knowledge of these matters, we believe João’s integration will be a great asset to our clients,” she concludes.

João Rebelo Maltez holds a degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and a post-graduate degree in Migration and Nationality Law from Autónoma Academy (Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa). He also attended the post-graduate course in Business Law at the Private Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of Lisbon and recently completed the supplementary training course in Administrative Procedural Practice from the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
