JLL: 17 Consecutive Years Among World’s Most Ethical Companies

JLL, a global real estate services firm, has been honored for the 17th consecutive year as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere. The recognition acknowledges JLL’s steadfast commitment to business integrity, exemplified through robust ethics, compliance, and governance programs.

Ethisphere, a global leader in setting ethical business standards, recognized 136 honorees in 2024 across 20 countries and 44 industries. JLL stands out as one of three honorees in the real estate sector and one of only 11 companies to make the list 17 times or more.

Alan Tse, JLL’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, emphasized the centrality of ethics in JLL’s operations, stating, “As one of our core values, ethics is at the heart of everything we do at JLL. This award reflects our culture of integrity, which is key to helping us shape the future of real estate for a better world.”

JLL has not only received recognition as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies but has also earned Compliance Leader Verification from Ethisphere. This verification involves a thorough evaluation of an organization’s ethics and compliance program, affirming a high level of excellence. Notably, this honor supersedes Ethisphere’s Ethics Inside Certification, which JLL held from 2008 to 2022.

Carla Bodião, General Counsel for Southern Europe (Portugal, Spain & Italy) at JLL, expressed pride in the achievement, highlighting the firm’s dedication to maintaining ethical standards and fostering a culture of integrity.
