Italgel acquires 100% of Protein : advisors
Italgel, a company active in the production of gelatine and collagen, controlled by the BU private equity fund, has acquired 100% of the shares of Protein, a Spanish producer specialized in collagen.
With this acquisition, carried out in collaboration with the Vezza family, founder of Italgel, the group reaches 150 million turnover and aims to strengthen its position in the sale and distribution of collagen-based products.
