ISEM Packaging Group acquires EGISA: Advisors
ISEM Packaging Group, the European leader in luxury secondary packaging for the perfumery, cosmetics, wine & spirits and fashion sectors, has announced the acquisition of EGISA, a Barcelona-based company recognized as a European leader in the production of high-end folding cartons with more than 60 years of experience.
The transaction reinforces EGISA’s growth strategy, giving it access to an expanded industrial network and advanced technological capabilities, as well as accelerating its sustainability program.
Also, as part of the agreement, EGISA will maintain its current production and organizational structure, ensuring continuity for its employees, customers and partners. The integration with Isem Packaging Group will allow both companies to collaborate in the development of more sustainable and efficient packaging technologies, while boosting their expansion into new international markets.
With this alliance, they reinforce their shared ambition to consolidate their position as a benchmark in luxury packaging solutions.Today, the group is composed of six historic luxury packaging companies: ISEM; Grafiche Bramucci (acquired in 2018); Industrial Pack (acquired in 2022); Sacchettificio Toscano (acquired in 2023); Bartoli Packaging (acquired in 2024) and EGISA (acquired in 2025).
