InPost acquires Sending: Advisors
InPost, a Polish logistics provider and one of the fastest-growing last-mile operators in Europe, has acquired 100% of the capital of Sending, one of the leading comprehensive logistics companies in Spain.
The transaction represents InPost’s strategic entry into the Spanish home delivery market, which will strengthen its national logistics network and service offering in the Iberian region.
The acquisition will add 155 logistics centres and absorb 300 Sending employees. In total, it will have more than 170 facilities in Spain. In turn, it will strengthen cross-border operations. Delivery services will include Andorra, Gibraltar, the Canary Islands and the Azores, as well as transport services to the Iberian Peninsula from Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
