Ilia ETL Global hires Natalia Gómez de Enterría
Ilia ETL Global, a member firm of ETL Global, has strengthened its employment practice in Mallorca with the hiring of Natalia Gómez de Enterría as labor law counsel in Palma. She brings more than 30 years of experience in labor law and employment relations.
One of the Palma offices has a team of German lawyers and advisers. This is complemented by the firm’s International Desk, which advises international companies and investors. Gómez de Enterría’s arrival extends the firm’s capacity in labor and employment matters.

The profile
Gómez de Enterría was previously a partner in the labor department of RSM. She was also a senior associate at Fieldfisher and Dentons and head of the labor department at MA Abogados.
Earlier in her career she spent twelve years as a lawyer at Sagardoy Abogados. She also served as head of Organization and Human Resources at the Sociedad General de Autores y Editores (SGAE), which gave her direct experience in people management and workplace relations on the corporate side.
