Idealista, the Spain based software-E-Commerce. Online real estate marketplace provider, has acquired Inmovilla, the local spain-based real estate software technology solutions provider.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Idealista acted with the in-house legal team led by the Global head of legal Andrea Viale and the senior counsel Irene Esperante.
