ID Energy Group incorporates José Moutas de las Alas as Head of Legal

ID Energy Group has incorporated José Moutas de las Alas Pumariño as Head of the Legal Department of the group. With more than 15 years of experience, he will coordinate the legal team, made up of 15 lawyers in 4 countries.

José Moutas will provide support to the countries in which we are established, as well as to the opening of new markets, working together with our business units and the transversal departments of the group, including the M&A and Financing teams.

José Moutas de las Alas Pumariño

A graduate in Law from the CEU San Pablo University, he has developed his professional career as a lawyer, mainly in the energy and industrial sectors, where he has worked as director of legal advice for investment funds and industrial entities. It is worth highlighting his position as director responsible for the legal advice of Alantra’s renewable energy fund management entity; as well as the legal advice of ENCE Energía y Celulosa, S.A.

Between 2019 and 2020 he worked at Khiron Life Science Corp as project manager and country manager. In recent years he has been a partner at EJI Abogados López-Ibor Mayor y Asociados, and from 2021 to 2023 as head of legal Europe at Enfinity Global. Before joining ID Energy, he worked as an independent consultant.
