Hogan Lovells in the flotation of a SOCIMI on Portfolio Stock Exchange
Hogan Lovells has advised ROUND ROBIN INVERSIONES SOCIMI, which specialises in the awarding of real estate through auctions, on its first listing on the Portfolio Stock Exchange, the new generation European stock exchange.
This is a milestone for the real estate sector, as it is the first company to be listed on this new multilateral trading system.
