Hogan Lovells advises Dils on the acquisition of Lucas Fox
Hogan Lovells has advised Dils, a leading Italian real estate services company, on its entry into the Spanish market through the acquisition of a majority stake in Lucas Fox, a real estate company specialising in the luxury residential segment.
With this acquisition, Dils takes a decisive step in its international expansion, after successfully integrating real estate companies in Portugal and the Netherlands, as well as opening up new opportunities in the commercial, office and logistics segments in Spain.
Hogan Lovells’ team of lawyers, led by Alex Dolmans (partner, M&A) and Jana Puertas (associate, M&A), has advised Dils in all phases of this strategic operation, from structuring and due diligence to the drafting, negotiation and signing of the contracts, providing its experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions. Carlos Beltrán (senior associate), Rocío Torres (associate) and Cristina Adanero also participated in the M&A team.
