Hogan Lovells advises Cottés partners on Henko Partners’ acquisition of a stake in the company
Hogan Lovells has advised the partners of Cottés Fire & Smoke Solutions on the acquisition of a majority stake in the company by Henko Partners, a Spanish private equity fund, in a transaction that includes a significant reinvestment by the founding partners.
The transaction is part of the creation of Attlon, a new platform that will integrate Cottés and Electro Alavesa, giving rise to a leading group of fire protection and electronic security solutions and services in the Iberian Peninsula, with an aggregate turnover of close to €40 million and a workforce of 120 professionals.
