AECS signs a long-term deal with ING: the advisors
Hogan Lovells has advised AECS (Admiral Europe Compañía de Seguros S.A.U) on its long-term agreement with ING for the marketing of car and motorcycle insurance in Spain.
The signing of this agreement is the result of a bidding process that began at the end of last year, to which several insurance companies specializing in the car business were invited, and which was finally won by AECS, a British parent company that has been operating in Spain since 2006.
Hogan Lovells’ advice to AECS has been led by Insurance partner Pablo Muelas, in collaboration with Guillermo Ruiz, senior associate of the firm.
