Herbert Smith Freehills advises Magnum on Lexer acquisition

A Herbert Smith Freehills team led by partner Nicolás Martín (pictured) advised Magnum Capital Partners on the acquisition of Lexer from Broseta Abogados.

Lexer provides outsourcing services to companies in a range of businesses in the financial, automotive, telecommunications, insurance, utilities and retail sectors.

The Herbert Smith Freehills team included Marcos Fernández-Rico (senior associate), Beatriz de Basterrechea (associate) and Ramiro Sánchez de Lerín (junior associate).
