Helia Renovables advised by Uría Menéndez on Parc Eòlic Mudéfer deal

Uría Menéndez advised Helia Renovables on its acquisition of wind power company Parc Eòlic Mudéfer.

Parc Eòlic Mudéfer operates the 57.6-megawatt Mudefer II wind farm in the Spanish province of Tarragona.

Helia Renovables is a fund managed by Madrid-based Plenium Partners Asset Management.

The Uría Menéndez team included partner Manuel Echenique Sanjurjo (pictured), associate Cristina Gracia Colldeforns and junior associate María Vilar Navarro.
